COACH completed the acquisition of Kate Spade

Lead: COACH announced earlier by Merger Sub company affiliated acquisition of Kate Spade, in July 11th, Merger Sub and Kate Spade will complete the merge and incorporated into Kate Spade, and Kate Spade Coach as a wholly-owned Affiliated Companies after the merger to survive, for a total consideration of $2 billion 380 million.

Founded in the last century in 40s Coach began offering under the banner of “accessible luxury”, and this has created the concept of “light luxury”. After decades of development, such as Michael Kors, the successor of Tory Burch, including the acquisition of Kate Spade is one of them.
